Chive Blossom Pesto
- 2 cups Chive blossoms, no stems
- 1/4 cup raw almonds, pine nuts, or sunflower seeds
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Place all ingredients into bowl of food processor and pulse to blend completely.
- Drizzle in more olive oil if the mixture is too thick for your taste.
