Chive Blossom Pesto

Servings 1 cup


  • 2 cups Chive blossoms, no stems
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds, pine nuts, or sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


  • Place all ingredients into bowl of food processor and pulse to blend completely.
  • Drizzle in more olive oil if the mixture is too thick for your taste.
